Marie Claude (MC) Hebert has spent most of her professional career in the conferencing and collaboration space. With over 20 years of experience in this field, Hebert’s entrepreneurial mindset has seen several successes amongst which counts ACC (now Primus) where she started the Canadian outfit with a team of 5 and left with more than 300 staff before moving on to join Darome Canada (now Bell Conferencing).

While at Darome, MC headed the Channel Sales while implementing impressive partnerships with logos such as Sprint Canada (later to become Rogers Communication). During her 4 years with this organization MC was part of a panel who hired a young Frank Cianciulli as an Inside Sales Representative, Here she had a front row seat to see Frank’s career blossom before he branched off to start Enunciate Conferencing in 2001.

When Darome was purchased by BCE, MC moved on to make another dent in the Collaboration Industry, only this time by joining ACT Conferencing. During MC’s 10-year tenure at the helm of this company, she managed to bring some of the most prestigious Fortune 500 and Strategic Partners in the country. With Partners within the Wire & Carrier Businesses and a team of savvy Sales Engineers, MC proudly put ACT Conferencing on the Canadian Map (recently purchased by PGi).

It is obvious to everyone who has the pleasure to work with MC that conferencing is in her DNA and she has proven this yet again by joining Frank to co-found the evolution of Enunciate Conferencing: Evolve Collaboration.

With an impressive understanding of the Investor Relations world, MC has worked with the most prominent Canadian IROs which earned her the title of “Queen of IR”.

MC is a fierce Leader and a very hard worker who rolls up her sleeves every day to provide her clientele with the utmost “boutique-like” experience, which explains why after all these years she is still the first one in and the last one out… always carrying on her business with a beaming smile.

MC holds a Sales MBA from the University of Life.
